In a rapidly evolving organization that is experiencing exponential growth, one of our clients, a community-based mental health organization, was looking for a change in culture that would allow them to respond and continue to grow effectively.
StrategiSense designed and implemented a comprehensive organization transformation initiative across three levels – senior management, middle management and front-line staff. In addition to training 78 staff, a number of tools and resources were provided for topics for individual, team and organization improvement. StrategiSense also provided a succession and leadership development plan for mission critical roles across the organization.
In the short-term, participants reflected an increase in confidence, knowledge and self-awareness, changes in attitudes and broadened perspectives. Longitudinal outcomes reflected sustained learnings and a significant shift in organization culture with increased collaboration, improved team effectiveness, and greater accountability.
